Week 3

Week 3 made me curious because I measured my hair, and it seemed to only grow half of an inch. Since my hair grew one inch last week, I thought it would grow an inch again, but it didn’t. I’m following all of the right steps, making sure the oil doesn’t get too hot and kill the nutrients in the coconut oil. I’m not sure as to why it did not grow an inch, but maybe I should have a set time that I do the inversion method everyday, instead of randomly at any time during the day. Even though I was a little disappointed that my hair didn’t grow an inch, I have one more week, so hopefully this week my hair will grow one inch.
